Attorney Development Assistant
Current• Collaborate with the firm’s CLE Coordinator to research and secure CLE credits for in-house attorneys• Facilitate, curate, and execute 5 to 10 attorney-focused trainings per month ranging from practice and sub-group specific trainings to ethics trainings, and more while maintain CLE standards• Create, maintain, and report the Attorney Development Program Tracker daily for the team• Establish processes, trainings, and documentation to create HR related surveys such as Exit Interviews, Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives, and Focal Review Process Feedback to create a standardized process across the firm• Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams, such as Procurement, AV, etc., to optimize process decreasing turnaround time on average 5 days• Report to multiple executive-level stakeholders on an average of 3 firm-wide surveys per month • Coordinate and align cross-functional teams, such as AV, CLE, and Presenters (both internal and external), to guarantee highest quality of firm standards while ensuring trainings were clear and efficient
