Females in the automotive industry are few and far between. I enjoy my career, and what it took to get me to where I am at today. Every part of the process in an automotive shop is important, and without each individual, an independent shop cannot survive. I know how to do every part in my business, which gives me added benefit by being able to see all sides of the coin.
