Work directly with the owner/senior asset manager with the management of institutions and ultra-high net worth individual portfolios with a combined total value of approximately $800 million. Portfolios consist of a mix of all Real Estate asset classes in various structures (direct ownership, ground leases, partnerships). Owner/Senior Asset Manager instilled in me to look at the asset from every perspective (ownership, property management, asset management, tenant). This approach has allowed me to experience a variety of responsibilities in regard to working with clients and managing their assets. Primary Functions covered Financial, Asset Management, Property Management and Business Operations. Some tasks of note include: + Budget generation + Create, analyze and consolidate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports. Analysis included budget analysis and the overall financial health of the individual properties and the portfolio as a whole. + Developed and illustrated how different strategies/business plans that were discussed with owner/senior asset manager and clients impacted the financial performance of the overall portfolio. Consulted and reviewed results with clients. + Assist owner/senior asset manager in reducing cost and manage risk by locating and working with an insurance consultant to put all the insurance policies under a global umbrella.+ Visit properties to perform inspections. + Monitor and manage various risk exposures. + Invoiced, collected payments and monitored/dealt with tenant A/Rs for assigned properties. + Prepared and maintained files for each property that provides information on building components, contracts, history of capital projects, tenant occupancy, leases, mortgage, lines of credit, insurance and other information necessary to operate the building. + Foster professional working relationships with clients, consultants/advisors, attorneys, property managers and internal staff.

- Design and Create Property Flyers, Property Books, Agent Pitch Packages and Listing Presentations.- Send the flyers out to our contact list.- Maintain the commercial division’s website. - Created the Commercial Contact Database to keep the company contact list updated. - Process prospective new agent applications.- File and maintain employee information and pertinent company information.- Provide orientation for new agents and ensure that they have been setup in various in house systems.- Assist agents (when needed) with various computer applications.- Maintain the upkeep of the office and order supplies.

- Assisted Executive Director in establishing a Conference to unite all Municipal Offices around the United States.- Researched and gathered the contact information for the different municipalities. - Served as a main contact and a coordinator for the conference, which included: creating documents about the conference, finding a location for the conference, and finding a location for the guests to stay.- General Administrative Support, which included: answering phones, filing, and other general requests.
