I have a passion for learning and collaboration strategies, and I've been able to help companies improve their human capital strategies to better meet the talent development needs of today's multi-generational, global workforce.My industry experience is diverse. I've worked in entertainment/media, consumer products, high tech, hospitality, transportation, and the public sectors. I've consulted on change management, business readiness, strategic communications, and I've helped Fortune 500 companies turn L&D into an enabler for their business strategies. Today, I lead a team of L&D professionals who seek out customer and user experience problems, and meet them head on using human-centered design. Every day, we strive to make things more delightful and impactful for everyone in PwC US.I'm a proud owner of a MBA from the University of Texas, and a BA from Haverford College.
