Ridgeline Pediatric is a Pediatric Day Health Center licensed by the California Department of Public Health. In operation since 2005, Ridgeline Pediatric was purchased in 2013 by the Lyman & West families. Ridgeline's mission is to promote the physical, developmental and socials well-being of children who are medically fragile. Ridgeline builds a culture and vision founded on principles of creating a home away from home for children. The program was developed with the understanding of the daily demands of caring for others who require skilled nursing support. We offer convenience and flexibility for families while offering nursing, therapeutic and enrichment activities in a comfortable home-like setting.Michael as President & CEO manages the vision and business development of the company. He directs the philosophy, care and mission of the company to ensure quality care and services for families and their children with special needs. He coordinates communication within a community to allow health care specialists, families, schools and Ridgeline to come together in support of children with specialized medical needs who qualify to attend Ridgeline Pediatric.
