I volunteered my time with designing, updating, and maintaining a local baseball recreation center's website. I also provide additional support in IT services as needed, including troubleshooting and installations.

Job duties for this position include (among other assigned tasks):- Research and Testing of new technologies to determine business effectiveness- Prioritize job tickets for customer technical issues, through phone queue and email ticketing system- Record all solutions to problems to build a comprehensive database- VoIP, Fax, and Network Administration- Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues in a professional manner- Configure network printers and map network drives- Manage domain users in Active Directory- Workstation setups for new users- PC imaging and configurations- Business application and software installations- Hardware installation and repair, when needed.- Citrix, Outlook, MS Exchange, O365 support - Business specific software support and escalation determinations- Training new hires and current employees on how to use their systems
