In addition to my responsibilities in business analysis and solution architecture, I also had management responsibility within the Enterprise Services practice for the following teams:* Microsoft development team* Lotus development team* Infrastructure services team* Helpdesk team on-site in the Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform

I was responsible for the management of the Lotus and Microsoft development teams through a period of rapid change and growth which culminated in the acquisition of the services group by System Dynamics

I was a Project Manager with responsibility for projects being delivered to some of the company’s most important clients, such as Riverdeep.

I was responsible for the design and development of a broad range of solutions that complemented the Oracle ERP system which was used to manage the company’s manufacturing and billing activities.

I founded and managed Enterprise Systems which provided a full range of consulting services, focusing on the software solutions produced by the Lotus division of IBM.

My section of the IT Department was responsible for:Systems Programming on the mainframe computersProvision of remote access to brokers and tied agents via Cognotec, dial-up connections and X.25Development on the PC platform, especially:* Illustration packages for use at point of sale* Policy and sales tracking applications for brokers and tied.
