I have extensive broad-based experience including a strong technical background in applied field science and engineering, business development, managing and tracking project revenue, project management, and resource management. Technical experience includes conducting and managing wetland and stream delineations and assessments, stream and wetland mitigation design and permitting; physical and biological stream assessments; geomorphic stream assessments; surface water quality studies (freshwater and estuaries); NEPA reporting; and ecological risk assessments. I am a Professional Wetland Scientist (PWS) and have and applied four levels of Rosgen fluvial geomorphology training.In the last few years my experience has focused on Clean Water Act permitting of large and small projects for commercial gas or manufacturing clients. Market areas that I have served include ports, oil and gas, manufacturing, and water and wastewater. My areas of strategic excellence have focused on reducing permitting related risks to project schedules, coordinating directly with regulators to maintain clear and open lines of communication, coordinating with the project team's consulting design engineer, and identify critical path issues for the project team.
