At EOS Climate, I joined as one of the first five team members and established operational systems that enabled the organization’s growth. I led strategic workforce expansion with a focus on employee experience, retention, and development, while enhancing operations and championing green initiatives. My efforts contributed to EOS earning the San Francisco Green Business Certification and the prestigious Governor’s Environmental and Economic Leadership Award (GEELA).

I led global recruitment and developed a comprehensive, multi-week leadership training program for field staff across the U.S., Canada, and Europe. This involved carefully aligning hiring efforts with sales projections to meet operational needs while ensuring that each team member was well-prepared to deliver exceptional service.

I began my career at Backroads with a strong drive for adventure, quickly progressing from a Trip Leader to management roles. In these positions, I ensured exceptional travel experiences for clients worldwide by overseeing logistics, managing customer service, designing itineraries, selecting accommodations, and mentoring fellow Trip Leaders—all within a highly guest-focused environment.
