I am currently working as an Account Manager working for Paylocity since May 2023. This was right after I wrapped up my senior year at Boise State University, with my bachelor's in Business Administration Management, minor in Human Resource Management, and Applied Leadership Certificate. During my time at BSU, I was a part of the Human Resource Association at BSU since the Spring of 2021, met with mentors across the HR world, and joined conferences offered by the SHRM Student Chapter. I participated in the Gap Year Program at BSU, which involved working with the Vice President of Human Resources and being mentored by various HR Professionals in BSU's HR department. I am working towards my Human Resource career while learning and gaining experience within Paylocity's HRIS. I am eager and excited to start on this new path in the HR world and can't wait for what lies ahead.
