• Designed and developed a natural language processing conversational bot using Microsoft Bot Framework. This integrated with existing products to provide customers with quick data insights and tools.• Implemented LUIS AI which allowed the application of custom ML intelligence to a user’s conversational, NLP text to predict overall intent, and pull out relevant detailed information.

• Developed a suite of applications leveraging Microsoft Finance and Operations and Microsoft Power Apps to tackle the problems of stock traceability, double entry, and keying errors.• Digitally transform heavily paper-based business processes related to warehouse inventory management. One example of this was tracing movement of inventory flowing from warehouses out to branches across the country and maintaining accountability throughout that process.• Slashed the 50% return rate to warehouses from the 77 nationwide branches through digital transformation.
