I am currently working as a Mortgage Loan Closer IIII closing 80+ loans per month for a large nationwide mortgage company. I have developed strong skills in Sterling”s Open Close system, IDS and smartsheets. Prior to this position I worked as an Associate Underwriter at Evolve Bank & Trust, I applied my 12 years of banking experience to assist underwriters in setting and clearing loan conditions per AUS findings and working with closers and post closers on conditions required by investor banks for purchase of loans. I have a track record of ensuring compliance with industry guidelines and delivering high-quality service to borrowers, title agents, lawyers, insurance agents, and realtors.Previously, I worked as a Mortgage Loan Processor at The Braun Mortgage Group and First Federal Community Bank of Bucyrus, where I processed correspondent, commercial, and consumer loans from submission to closing, including preparation of CDs. I also performed in-house underwriting for FHLB loans and communicated effectively with all parties involved in the loan process. I have developed strong skills in QuickBooks Desktop Pro, Calyx Pointe and Encompass, attention to detail, and customer service.
