Finish Systems Operator - I was solely responsible for powder coating parts. Checking quality as the parts exited the ovens. A good painted part was my reward. Quality Inspector for finish products. I would make recommendations on quality, and functionality of THERMOS Grills. I also traveled to many trade shows as a reward for submitting the most ideas from the manufacturing plant.
