• Manage client relationship and act as the primary point of contact for all client projects, services and day to day issues, including management of ongoing business in addition to new business implementation• Maintain program profitability against program plan on a monthly basis, complete and approve all client invoices prior to release• Responsible for overall client satisfaction, contractual compliance, continual process improvement, project timeliness and SLA adherence• Manage project timelines and inter-department communication with operation and IT to ensure identification and adherence to client priorities • Act as a point of contact for client vendors who have interaction with McKesson programs and support company operations• Prepare and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews to report on the state of business, project outcomes, and provide opportunities for program enhancement

• Developing and analyzing business requirements for corporate initiatives• Interfacing with business and technology partners to ascertain and develop client implementation and technology based requirements, and track to completion; resulting in a 5 star rating for client implementation• Participating in the development of new product offerings by producing a project scope to summarize the features and functionality of the product, while ensuring business needs are satisfied • Delivering analysis documentation by identifying requirements and meeting with internal clients• Validating requirements by developing, executing and evaluating test cases, plans and performance testing• Authoring and maintaining business process documentation for use by the Client Delivery team • Supporting achievement of project milestones by acting as a business functionality expert on products, monitoring project plans, and participating in weekly project meetings
