For over 20 years, I've been fortunate enough to work alongside healthcare clients to lead their organizations through transformational change. Together, we've driven significant financial and operational improvements, improved employee engagement, elevated the patient experience and advanced the missions of our respective organizations. Much of my experience includes the country's largest national and regional health systems, universities and commercial enterprises. In recent years, I've sought opportunities to help bring new innovative products and capabilities to healthcare clients in an effort to prepare them for a highly-disruptive, increasingly technology-centered future.Specifically within healthcare technology, I’ve begun to more explicitly devote my time to de-mystifying the American healthcare system for patients, their families and their communities. As a father of three young children it is my professional calling to be a part of improving our healthcare system so that when my children are older, they can thrive and not face the challenges that are far too common for today’s healthcare consumer. I value opportunities to help clients and my teams navigate difficult circumstances and develop creative solutions where the right answer may not always be clear, or an established ‘playbook’ may not yet exist. I deeply believe in the importance of having an intentional strategy to address the human and behavioral dimensions of complex change - and believe that unlocking meaningful collaboration is foundational to any successful change strategy.
