Current• Correspondences with the Buyers & Suppliers for procurement, confirmation & execution of export orders,• Costing, Pricing & Budgeting for ready-made garments as well as Accessories, • Follow up of trims & fabric deliveries to make sure in house on time,• Supervising & Monitoring production to ensure delivery as per buyer’s quality requirements & time schedule,• Solved the problem and organized the task (TIME & ACTION calendar) to meet the deadline,• Work with team to establish seasonal business goals, product categories, pricing and TIME N ACTION calendar,• Conduct regularly meeting once a week with production planning dept. and production management department with a view to update the daily activities,• Identify the cause of potential production problem and take initiative to overcome it,• Making reports for Sr. Manager and Management’s issue.• Now Buyer handling VF Asia.
