- Planning, implementing, and monitoring of Field Crops trials (SE) in BD with proper TEAM coordination and manage on/off site trialing and deliver quality data.- To prepare protocols, conduct trials as planned in trial planning tool and on the way of working as described in trial protocol and prepare reports in time.- To visit trials field at critical stages of growing as to execute or manage sowing, planting, harvest for minimizing the error and collect the evaluation data according to trial protocol.- Deliver all collected data via agreed formats and SPIRIT within agreed deadlines. Ensure timely and quality completion of all reports and deliverables.- Provide data set on the performance of trials and make good overviews about the hybrids for their positioning in certain markets (country level) compared with competition.- Secure availability of Syngenta products and commercial seed checks following internal compliance rules (GARF).- To conduct Field Days / Crop tour with product development, Sales, Marketing, Technical support based on proactive planning and show the performance of new candidate as compare with competitor check.- Monitoring works of sub-ordinates and develop their skills up to standard level as to secure good trial and data quality.- Maintaining professional relationship with internal and external stakeholders related to day-to-day activities.- Follow Biosafety, HSE rules and the quality driven as per requirements.

- Selection of key farmers- Establishing and supporting key farmers to manage technical demonstrations showcasing best production practices from land preparation until harvest (although demonstrations will use EWS varieties, these demonstrations will not directly promote EWS products)- Technical training of smallholder vegetable farmers. The incumbent will be provided with appropriate material and resources and is expected to use this to reach out to neighboring farmers (using demonstration farms as a hub of good production to organize short, practical training sessions on all subjects including; land reparation, seedling production, pest and disease management, and nutrient management)- Organising field days to show farmers, input dealers and other stakeholders the benefits of using high quality seed alongside better production practices. These field days will be technical (and will not be used to directly promote products). As well as disseminating technical information, technical field days will focus on the economic opportunity through actual cost and return.- Collecting data on demo farms and training participants
