I work with a large call center leadership team to create, maintain, and expand an organizational centric warehouse and data mart supporting multiple dashboards and scorecards which provide insights into business drivers, volumetrics, and performance metrics as well as customer behaviors and agent behavioral patterns.I have advanced skills in database modeling, design, and mapping, T-SQL query writing, stored procedures, and Visual Studio SSIS packages for complex ETL processes.
