1. Ensure factories' compliance areas of local labor standards, health, work safety, and environmental protection at factory premises. 2. Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance and prepare Corrective Action Plans (CAP).3. Prepare the factory is ready for any kind of Social, Security (C-TPAT), Fire, Environmental, Technical, or any other audits.4. Monitor compliance certifications i.e.: BSCI, FSLM, SLCP, SEDEX, GOTS, OCS, RCS, GRS, OEKO-TEX, and RSC, etc.5. Fulfill the requirements of HIGG INDEX FEM, ESPRIT Sustainability & Chemical Management Program, and M&S Supplier Sustainability Map Project. 6. Follow up to ensure proper chemical storage, labeling, secondary containment, and safe use of chemical management.7. Maintain the safe chemical processes and products in the company and keep the premises free from all chemical toxicities.8. Ensure original MSDS, TDS, Guaranty letter, and other certificates from suppliers. 9. Arrange & maintain all ECR-related Documents for Social & Environmental Compliance accordingly. 10.
