Hola! Hello! I’m dedicated to building stronger communities by empowering individuals with the tools and knowledge they need to thrive. As a Professional Development Instructor at Saint Francis Health System, I create learning opportunities for leaders and employees, ensuring they are equipped to handle the fast-paced, evolving demands of the healthcare sector. Through leadership development, I help build resilient teams capable of driving meaningful change.As the Founding Executive Director of Padres Unidos de Tulsa, I work with students, parents, school staff, and educators to identify educational challenges in our Latinx communities and strategize solutions. By collaborating with national leaders, foundations, and local organizations, I help mobilize efforts that ensure our children have equitable access to quality education. My role allows me to bring together the perspectives of local advocates and use my skills in organizational leadership to build partnerships that create real impact. I also represent District 3 on the HUD Community Development Committee, ensuring that housing initiatives are driven by the voices and needs of our community. My drive to be a part of this committee stems from my first-hand experiences with what the impact of stable housing can do not only for individuals but for our communities at large. My passion for community empowerment comes from the strength, resilience, and support that my community has poured into me.
