Ensure all training activities meet with relevant organizational policies, manuals and Code of Ethics. 05. Promote inter-departmental teamwork and sharing of ideas to achieve organization’s goals. Translate change management principles into effective operational plans for employee`s performance appraisal; develop tools for appraisal, job evaluation & development.
