Key responsibilities:Coordination of activities with RDC 3PL Partnero Coordinate daily operations with 3PL partnero Validate monthly activity invoices from 3PL based on realised levelso Coordinate documentation related to Zero GST Warehouse requirements with 3PL partner o Coordinate audits and business reviews with 3PL Shipping activities o Coordinate.

• Logistic & Commercial:
• Facilitate Sales & Operation Planning, coordinate planning of imports, order creation and follow up as per Budget.
• Forecast & ensure availability of finished goods through SAP & follow up of stock movement.
• Manage and monitor product supply and inventory situations and coordinate with HQ logistic contacts to ensure sufficient product supply.
• Manage and monitor Letter of Credit Processing and customer advice, generate Proforma Invoice & credit notes by SAP.
• Facilitate of Import permission processing & block listing for API/raw/packing material & NOC for sample shipments.

• Plan & Raise Purchase requisition (RM/PM & Imported FDF) from MRP system ensuring timely placement and delivery of components in line with production planning requirements
• Monitor Material requisition and coordinate and follow-up with procurement & feedback to produc-tion planning
• Ensure material availability according to production plan both for sub-contracting & own manufac-turing(coordination with Procurement, QA/QC, Planning & all related department)
• Analyse stock and demand replenishment providing feedback to the supply chain on risks regard-ing replenishment levels and demand.
• Total Expiry management considering MOQ, usage, value and write-offs
• Forecast Adjustment for pruned, seasonal, tender, promoted product by using Inventory and SIT information including Stock outs, competitors, price changes, promotions and market intelligence

• Develop and maintain plan by developing strategies to maintain or increase business with each account (existing and potentials).
• Plan and conduct sales calls, including developing a sales-call plan and call specific objectives materials, conducting face-to-face calls with customer at all levels in their organizations, and following up on.
• Prospect and develop new opportunities through varies means (direct interaction, telemarketing, direct mail, personal solicitation) to qualify and develop prospects.
• Work strategically with the global sales team to plan and create sales strategies and activities to increase personal and group profitability.
• Assist in the preparation and negotiation with customers, suppliers and overseas agents.
• Response and follow up sales Inquiries and leads using appropriate methods.

• Perform acquisition, retention and win-back activities of business customers within the Business Market.
• Analyze the business market and formulate effective planning to serve target market through communication, customer targeting, product positioning and effective follow up.
• Achieve Annual Business Targets for the respective portfolio in terms of Quality Business Solution Sales, Mobile device, VAS & Data Solutions sales and ensure increment of revenue in the portfolio
• Work closely with key Business Customers within the Business Market in order to boost up and facilitate expanded usage of mobile phone subscriptions and value-added features within the respective organizations
• Coordinate and align with other concerned stakeholders within the Company in order to ensure smooth and efficient after sales service delivery for the Business Customers
• Ensure efficient and effective implementation of different interactive events and activities with the important Customers in the Business Market from time to time
