Strategic Communications Project Manager
CurrentAdvisor to over 200 Strategic Communication Practitioners through the development of best practices criteria, thought leadership opportunities, and training regarding Equity and Environmental Justice policies. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring all expenditures meet project demands while minimizing costs, including managing staff hours and schedules to optimizing workforce allocation.Responsible for developing strategies for community engagement and managing strategic communications team’s work product for national transportation agencies and water utility clients.Facilitate workshops for agency staff and write agency foundational documents on the topics of meaningful engagement, public involvement, and increasing community participation. Serves as a liaison between client agency and stakeholder advisory committee.
