Provided strategic and operational leadership for a grant-funded postsecondary innovation initiative focused on developing learners' employability qualities. I worked nationally and internationally with institutional leaders, faculty, workforce representatives, and other constituents to design, pilot, and implement a new quality framework - the Essential Employability Qualities Certification - for more intentionally connecting higher education to student employability, defined as: "the ability to find, create, and sustain work and learning across lengthening working lives and multiple work settings."
