This traineeship (‘best management traineeship’ in 2006) aims to develop the management skills of academic graduates by means of education, coaching and learning on the job. The program lasts 26 months and during this period you work on three to four projects within different organisations (see below).During this traineeship I've been involved in in projects at DSM, NXP and GVB.
