While interning at Gries Investment Funds, Michael had the opportunity to learn how to evaluate companies, basics of private equity, fundamentals of underwriting, types of asset classes, debt financing, capital structures, equity placement and more. Additionally, Michael sat in on deal discussions and negotiations, analyzed various deals, and learned hands on from Managing Partner & Founder - Bob Gries.
