• Design, develop, test and maintain programs and processes for the Ecometry Mail Order and Catalog System (MACS) which runs on a HP N-class e-3000 platform. This system is used to support many areas of Rodale, including marketing, finance, credit and collections, call center, customer service and distribution center. This system currently processes between 1,000 and 2,000 customer orders per day and between 500 and 1,000 customer payment transactions per day. • Develop, test and maintain processes for creating customer-facing documents such as invoices, postcards, statements, and refund checks. • Design and develop processes for various third party customers that utilize Rodale’s distribution center facilities to ship their products. • Support and maintain software that is used to presort customer packages and letters in USPS sortation order prior to presenting the mail to the post office for mailing. Rodale is able to get maximum discounts from the US Postal Service and save 1.5 - 2 million dollars per year in mailing costs. • Implement processes to provide customer information to various collection agencies for customers who are past due on their invoices. • Member of 24/7 on-call rotation to support any issues with the above systems.
