In my years in the Air Force, I have managed large groups of people and have organized large-scale events for the bases I have worked on. I worked as a supervisor for over 1,000 military personnel which required me to manage records of their personal information and physical fitness scores, and implement development programs designed to support service members in maintaining mission readiness.Now as a Reasonable Accommodations Support Specialist, I leverage my leadership skills to assess accommodation needs for government employees with disabilities, develop accommodation support plans, and implement them to ensure seamless access to the workplace. I routinely re-evaluate accommodation plans to optimize support in congruence with client needs as needs evolve or change with the client's work commitments.
