Working at Think Company enabled me to round out my technical skills by managing many projects with a broad range of development efforts. While some projects focused on traditional waterfall, as time progressed, more efforts started to use agile and required collaboration to work with client teams in transition, as well as adapt to those using different methodologies (including Lean, Kanban, and SAFe).Something else unique to my experience at Think Company was the relationship of the key project leaders: the project manager, the design lead, and the technical lead. This setup required close collaboration to ensure we stayed connected as designs and build progressed while creating the optimal solution within time, business, and budget constraints.

My project management career officially began when I joined Electronic Ink (EI) as a project manager. During my tenure, I managed $1.5-2 million annually in client engagements, with projects focused primarily on enterprise research and design. I was promoted to Client Program Manager and grew my client relationship management skills, helping to own and drive efforts with two of the firm's top five clients. As a result, I earned a client services award for “Always being on top of everything and with a smile.”

I was recruited by SEI to join their Associates Program, which identifies high-potential candidates to rotate through key areas of the business for education and growth.During my time, I deepened my knowledge of financial services, gained international business experience, and contributed to teams across the following areas:- Business analyst (change management team)- Solutions analyst (investment management, marketing communications)- Product implementation specialist & client services (compliance services)
