-Support Human Resources (HR) department through recruiting, employee relations, payroll, benefits, and other HR duties by posting jobs to Ceridian and other recruiting websites, pre-employment screening and setting up interviews, drafting offer letters, conducting new employee orientations, maintaining employee files, serving as the first point of contact for new employees, completing employment verification requests, ensuring all employee changes are made, entering payroll changes in ADP, submitting expense reports and invoices, and generating benefit and payroll reports through ADP-Ensure company organizational chart is up-to-date-As primary recruiter for Hanley Wood’s summer internship program, recruit candidates for managers, conduct initial phone interviews, and set up functions for interns during the program-Help facilitate Hanley Wood’s quarterly Land Status Researcher projects by sending contracts to more than 30 contractors and recruit for vacant positions-As executive assistant, schedule meetings for and maintain the vice chairman’s calendar, arrange travel, complete monthly expense reports, coordinate breakfasts and lunches, and serve as the first point of contact
