Hello! I'm Megan, and I am a recent graduate from the University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. I am seeking opportunities in software engineering. During my experience in undergraduate studies, I have gained a wide variety of skills, including experience in front-end devlopment, Machine Learning/AI, and AWS.As a student at UT Dallas, I spent 3+ years serving as a leader for WEHack, Alpha Gamma Delta, ACM, and the Computer Science Mentor Center. creating a wide-spread impact across campus. I was a member of the experience team for WEHack, UT Dallas's women-uniting hackathon and the largest gender-focused hackathon in Texas, where I helped create an empowering experience for over 600 participants. I also served as the Vice President of Academic Excellence in the Epsilon Psi chapter of Alpha Gamma Delta, where I provided resources and organized events for the members of the chapter to help them excel in their academic and professional careers. These efforts helped foster a culture of high academic merit throughout the chapter, leading us to have the highest GPA among the Panhellenic sororities on campus. Additionally, I worked as an Organization Leader at the Computer Science Mentor Center, where I oversaw the daily operations and maintained contact with professors across campus to maximize the academic success of undergraduate computer science students at UT Dallas.I am seeking opportunities to combine my technical skills, leadership skills, and my passion for diversity as I continue my career journey.
