At SKC my daily role is to insure the raw materials that our company uses are stored and distributed accurately. A wide range of materials are kept for different areas of the company which are stored in a viraty of different settings. The team I lead is responsible for gathering these materials and distribution of them to work orders for the departments of SKC. Maintaining accurate inventory counts is key to our position and timely service of distribution is a must.

From 2003 I began working my way up the ladder in the restaurant from a crew position which led to training to become a Shift Supervisor. I was also promoted to become an Assistant Manager in 2014. Responsibilities include preparing menu items, provide excellent customer service while taking orders and serving customers. Taking inventory, preparing bank deposits and delivering to bank, manage crew members throughout the shift, ensure efficiency of all stations. Provide on the job training to all new crew members. Assist with handing customer service calls and ensure a good quality customer experience.
