I am a leader with significant operational and strategic experience leading educational technology projects and functions. I am self-motivated, organized and have a results-driven, yet people-focused, style in my approach to building successful teams and partnerships.I have had a range of positions at education institutions throughout my career, and enjoy moving into areas of need within the organisation. Across all my roles I have been responsible for managing relationships with key stakeholders and I value the opportunity to build long-term effective partnerships that are underpinned by trust, mutual understanding, and cooperation. Currently, I am a Customer Success Manager at PebblePad where I love working with customers in the APAC region to build relationships and help their educators and learners succeed. Previously, I had responsibility for managing the Education and Research digital portfolio at QUT including the planning, defining and designing the successful delivery of enterprise-wide technologies to meet customer needs. I proudly lead a team of qualified business analysts, solution architects and client engagement experts who worked across and beyond the portfolio to deliver on this. I am passionate about unlocking the potential of people, technology and partners in the organisation to deliver high quality research, learning and teaching.
