I supervised a team of five individuals responsible for providing Tier One support for 1300 users across more than 75K IT assets. I was responsible for prioritizing customer requests based on mission impact and customer need. I used the automated ticketing system (Remedy) to track incidents and calls, distribute workload and determine depth and breadth of troubleshooting. I provisioned new user accounts, implemented group policy and performed PKI certificate management for all users.- Prepared and deployed IT assets to support remote medical capabilities across the state of Kansas at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.- Evaluated the viability of Information Technology tools needed for remote work and developed how-to guides to facilitate smooth mission operations for 1300 users.- Led the organizations transition to a cloud-based Office 365 Services increasing user storage capacity by 20K%.- Partnered with an external agency to developed organizational mailbox encryption process, ultimately implementing the process across 90 Air National Guard wings.

In this position I was the Systems and Security Engineer on four critical mission enclaves for Cyber Red Team Operations. I led and managed a team of 14 employees responsible for asset procurement, installation, configuration, and maintenance as well as life-cycle management and network vulnerabilities. I was appointed as the primary Infrastructure and Security Administration trainer where I was responsible for planning and conducting training, monitoring training progression and evaluating training effectiveness while assuring all employees attained and maintained all required qualifications and certifications.- Developed and maintained virtual environment (VMWare) implementations across four mission critical networks ensuring availability, authentication, confidentiality, integrity and non-repudiation of network systems.- Led a $110K upgrade project by installing and configuring nine new Cisco switches and upgrading the server room to create a training and mission environment where 32 additional Cyber Operations training and mission workstations were created providing uninterrupted network access. - Supported Cyber Red Team operations and over 20 Adversarial Assessments by managing the multi-mission critical networks and ensuring network stability which allowed for 100% mission success.- Assured accountability of more than 1200 Information Technology assets valued at over $1M used in support of Cyber Red Team operations locally and globally.- Installed, configured, and managed three Palo Alto firewalls replacing Cisco ASA 5505's, configured rules and policies to protect against data leakage, vulnerabilities and mitigate risks.

In this role I maintained the organizations Theatre Deployed Communication Network.
