Key responsibilities include: Delivering impactful partnerships across the UK and internationally, including managing social media and PR, and reporting expectations and deadlines.Progressing a partnerships pipeline based on research of sport, STEM, and sustainability sectors and identifying connections within supporter, partner and funder networks.Directing the Income Generation team to secure income from Trusts and Foundations, Corporate Partners and major donors.

A key objective of this role was to collaborate with the home nations to produce an effective report that addresses the diminishing levels of participation of 16-24-year olds in grass roots sport. Another key objective was to work with international (New Zealand and Australia) sporting bodies to address the global issue of physical inactivity and address the strategies they utilise to maintain participation.

Project Communications for The Big Bike Revival.Supporting beneficiaries on behaviour change journeys while collecting, writing and publishing case studies to support and generate stakeholder funding. A key deliverable was report writing for education and strategic engagement, at community and also government level.

Providing social sport, volunteering and engagement opportunities for student’s higher education. Recruitment and retention of volunteers and managing a voluntary workforce of 15-25 students. Key responsibilities included creating inclusive and diverse formats of the game for maximum participation and enjoyment. In addition, planning/ managing and executing rugby events for 100- 250 students. Key success drivers were developing partnerships with the Welsh Rugby Union to secure a senior workforce and securing funding to support the programme for 2 academic years.

University high-performance focus athletes across a number of sports, including rugby, football, hockey and cricket. Including Women’s BUCS Rugby and Men’s BUCS Super Rugby team.Role included coaching athletes independently, along side other coaching staff and as an element of a multi- disciplinary team. The role gave me the opportunity to coach Olympic lifts, resistance exercises, speed/ agility mechanics and metabolic conditioning sessions. I developed comprehensive experience with GPS data handling, athlete testing and recovery strategies, providing a professional environment for the athletes to develop.Within this role I also work alongside the head of Strength and Conditioning on game days to provide preparatory exercises, pre-game on pitch warm ups, substitute maintenance and post-game recovery. I have also had experience on the 7s circuit within this role.

Designing and implementing a British Universities and Colleges Sport (BUCS) Mental Health and physical wellbeing intervention through the University to include both staff and students. Data collection (quantitative and qualitative) for the analysis of the intervention which were integrated into a final report, giving an opportunity for impact report writing.
