Now as a corporate instructional design specialist, I take my love for learning, my eye for detail, and my creativity and translate that into creating diverse learning experiences that are engaging, efficient, and purposeful.Currently, I develop learning experiences for over 3,000 employees at 200+ stores across 4 states. I focus on making these trainings easy to follow, purposeful, and relevant to the employees that view them regardless of their skill sets.
