In September 2024 the primary RSVP for the Hector Maclean, with over 800+ guests as well as Sabirah, with over 400+ guests. • Coordinated with Global Fashion Collective (GFC) in February 2024 for shows in New York, London, Milan, and Paris. Along with Helen Anthony, Sabirah and Genaro Rivas in London 2024. Totally 15+ shows in 4 major cities.• Vetted and picked high-profile talented volunteers for the shows.

• Oversaw Boutique and Omni Channel Hybrid dedicated to client services and sales by ensuring client orders are packaged and delivered promptly at a Dior level aligned with the Boutique and Dior Online. • Effectively resolved conflicts from customer service requests, often with a set deadline involved such as a premiere or specific event.• Adapted to a luxury environment when communicating with such an elite pool of clients, meeting their demands, and assisting the sales associates in their own sales when needed.• Responsible for fashion concierge, and consignments in charge of Omni Channel E Reservations/Click and Collect, customer service, responding to emails regarding complaints etc. and preparing and auditing various data outputs: stock movements, transactions, procedure-based activity analysis.
