I started in the insurance industry in 2018, the same month my dad retired from the insurance industry. I remember from a very young age going with him to meet with clients. I saw the relationships that he built and the care he took in making sure they had exactly what they needed. These relationships stayed strong over the 40 years he was in insurance, and are still strong friendships today. Growing up, I heard over and over, "you are just like your father." At the time, it received more than a few eye rolls, but today I'm more than okay with that. If I can build relationships with my clients the way that he did, I can live well knowing that I learned from the best. For 20 years, I was behind the scenes in the restaurant business, and after switching careers, I have brought some valuable skills with me that I never knew I would need again, but I have also developed so many that were a little tarnished in my past life. I've worked harder on myself than on my business, and I've grown in ways that I never knew I needed to. I've maintained the sense of urgency in making sure my clients get the best care, while softening my voice, even if just a little. I've learned to accept help when I need it, and even that it is acceptable to ask for help before it is needed.I've learned that no two families I have worked with are the same, and that everyone needs to have a plan customized for them. I can work within anyone's budget, and fulfill anyone's need. Sometimes we just have to get creative in doing so. I have over 40 carriers I get to work with to find the best possible fit for my clients. I don't feel like I have to sell a single thing, but when finding solutions that fit, people can't help but buy. There is no case too difficult, and no case too large. I'll help find the solution.
