Oversaw all fundraising initiatives for Citizen Schools Massachusetts including corporate, foundation and individual sectors with a revenue goal of $5.5 Million. Responsible for an active portfolio of approximately 50 companies and a few large foundations. Work to develop and execute stewardship strategies to deepen or build partnerships as well as ensure a high level of satisfaction from corporate partners providing pipelines of volunteers. Additional responsibilities include: leading an Advisory Board called the Council of Champions with 15-20 members, event management, supervision the Senior Manager of Development, and partnership with our National Team at Citizen Schools.

Responsible for fundraising for the Mx2 campaign with an overall goal is $145 Million. Personally managed, cultivated, and directly solicited over 200 prospects for leadership gifts.

Responsible for fundraising over $3 million for the Annual Fund campaign from alumni, parents, and past parents and have increased the fund by $550,000 in five years. Directly supervise and train the Assistant Director of the Annual Fund. Spearhead the Parents’ Committee with 30-40 leadership families and directly report to the Development Committee of the Trustees. Perform extensive data analysis on mailings, young alumni, alumnae donors and parents as well as designed, produced, and completed all Annual Fund paper and electronic solicitations. Created and populated social media outreach programs for alumni including Middlesex School Facebook Page, Twitter (@middlesexschool), YouTube channel; worked with Evertrue to create the first location based mobile application for alumni; and directly involved in the redesign of the Middlesex School website. Founded and implemented the Young Alumni February Faceoff challenge, launched the M Loyalty program and revamped matching gifts program. Acknowledge all donations to the Annual Fund and coordinate leadership recognition. Serve as full-time faculty member with dorm responsibilities, current advisor to six students, oversee yearbook design and publication and serve as the Head Girls’ Varsity Tennis coach.

Gained firsthand experience in fundraising for $2.5 million for the Annual Fund campaign and responsible for alumni participation which reached 50% participation in 2007. Facilitated and oversaw alumni and parent phonathons, coordinated Alumni Ambassador Program, implemented the Senior Class Gift program in 2006 and ran the Class Agent Program.
