I am a certified professional coach with 15 years of experience working with both business leaders and talent development partners to increase the impact of mid-to-senior level leaders. I have been credited with "making something out of nothing" when it comes to designing leadership development experiences, senior team offsites, and leadership assessment processes. Additionally, I love taking a critical eye to existing programs and talent development processes to identify ways to increase their effectiveness and the user-experience. Some of my most memorable projects have been serving as coach and/or facilitator for groups or individuals (often women); helping them to become more self-aware, identify their strengths and the areas that give them energy at work, and creating action plans to continue their forward movement. I also enjoy conducting executive assessments and have been trained on multiple tools and methodologies.As a mom of two little ones, you may also see me engaging with content around being a working parent and all that entails in today's world.
