Rising UMBC junior with a strong academic focus in biochemistry alongside training in health education, contributing to overall teamwork and collaborative skills. My greatest goal is to study both the biological and sociological foundations of health, in order to apply this knowledge to a career in the healthcare field. I am constantly sharpening my analytical skills through my STEM classes while also expanding my understanding of health and wellbeing through my internship as a Peer Health Educator at UMBC. With my growing skills in communication, attention to detail and leadership, I am learning more and more of what it means to serve in the healthcare field and promote wellbeing for all.
