• Analyze donor trends, design visualizations, provide insights to guide donor pipeline development.• Design, automate, update, execute and disseminate reports on giving for numerous fund groups and partners.• Collaborate with University of Minnesota Foundation on print and email appeals to donors.

I worked with the Communications department to proof blogs, papers, fact sheets, and special projects on an hourly basis.

I worked directly with the Executive Director, Chief Operations Officer, and Development Director to provide general administrative support, as well as support on more unique projects. With the COO, I proofread blogs, papers, fact sheets, and other special projects. Additionally, I coordinated international board travel and provided technical support for quarterly board meetings by conference call. In support of the Executive Director, I planned and prepared travel, managed meetings and calendar commitments, and provided other general support. With the Development Department, I processed incoming donations, sent thank you letters to donors, and managed data entry of gifts throughout the year.

Worked during the 2017 legislative session processing and proofreading bill drafts. Additionally developed a control vocabulary and cataloging protocol for archiving born digital documents.

I supervised twelve undergraduate clerks staffing two of the seven Residence Hall Libraries at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. These libraries serve the entire campus but are specifically targeted towards current undergraduate residents. The collection is comprised largely of contemporary works of fiction and non-fiction and I independently researched and purchased materials to add to the circulating collection. Along with scheduling and overseeing clerks, I also planned outreach opportunities and programs to market and promote the library, its collection, and its associated services.

I at turns worked with UIUC's Oak Street High Density storage facility preparing materials for long-term storage by enclosing them in supportive archival enclosures as well as working with pambinding to clear backlogs of work and increase efficiency in work flows.My role then shifted to be a research assistant responsible for the preparation of materials for RAMEN spectroscopic analysis of various leather treatments on leather bound books from the 19th century.
