I am a member of Pierce Atwood's litigation and class action defense practice, based in the firm's Boston office. I have represented clients in a variety of class action and commercial matters in federal and state courts, as well as in arbitration and mediation. I have represented asylum seekers and juvenile immigrants before the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, the BIA, Immigration Court, family and probate courts, and the USCIS Asylum Office.
