• Manages a portfolio containing 2.1 million sq ft of industrial space and 25,000 sq ft of office space. • Oversees daily operations including tenant and vendor relations, property inspections, TI projects, Capital projects, lease enforcements, RFPs, service contracts, invoices, purchase orders and assisting with budget preparations. Acts as primary contact and liaison between property owners, tenants and vendors. Responds to tenant needs, ensuring that administrative and building technical help resolve problems promptly. • Ensures that services are provided in compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and contractual obligations.• Use of systems such as P2P, Angus Work Order System, Yardi Payscan, SharePoint, CapTrax, PULSE and Avid.• Clients include LINK Industrial, Vanderbilt University, KBS, DRG Holdings, MOLTO and Solley Family Partnership.
