As a U.S. Army Healthcare Recruiter, I serve the greater Omaha area in support of the U.S. Army Medical Department recruitment operations. I have completed the Army Station Commander Course and the Army Healthcare Recruiting Course, and I have acquired the Master Resilienency Training skill. My core competencies include interviewing, counseling, and coordinating with colleges and hospitals.In my current role, I am responsible for all facets of recruiting qualified health care professionals, such as physicians, nurses, dentists, and veterinarians, for the U.S. Army. I attend national, state, and local medical conventions to promote the U.S. Army Medical Department and its objectives, and I facilitate the application process for the candidates. I work with a team of dedicated and diverse recruiters, who share the values of service, loyalty, and excellence.
