I am an independent contractor who receives inbound phone calls from sellers who are looking to sale their broke down vehicles. Some calls require transfer of calls to other departments once the seller who accepted offers.

Payroll also included editing the time of personnel and verifying if they worked their hour's schedule. At a given time reports for Payroll and Workforce can be requested at the last second due to high call volume or loss of calls.
