Supporting purchasing in the quoting and negotiations▪ Establishing manufacturing cost base reductions across the global group ▪ Setting budgets and ensuring compliance during the ramp up of new projects▪ Regular global travel, to support the manufacturing sites opportunities and develop best practices through Makigami or problem solving activities

Working within the industrialisation network to roll out and control company standards and processes globally.▪ Advising and supporting various manufacturing sites to lower scrap to 2% and improve material control through MUDA and Process methodology▪ Providing data gathering and processing to gain insight on critical manufacturing processes. Creating VSM, timing processes and use of Minitab▪ Developing and delivering training packages to roll out different tools to the manufacturing sites: Design for Assembly, KOSU, 8MUDA, 5S▪ Creating a logistics concept manual for manufacturing sites and helping with logistical topics ▪ Designing and executing a new logistics route, resulting in reduced: lead time, overtime, space and delivery costs.
