Great Circle Solar Management Corp. manages solar assets of institutional investors. I managed the daily needs of our team and acted as liaison between departments. I was Executive Assistant to the CEO and Directors of Corporate Development and Operations. I was a key team member in coordinating and executing the build out of 80+ rooftop solar installations for a major Ontario grocer, as well as 25 utility grade solar farms (>10MW) situated across the province. I drove projects forward by ensuring the accurate completion of project documents and following up with counterparts, clients, and vendors. I also worked with our Asset Managers on monitoring and auditing project compliance according to applicable agreements, permits and regulations. I on-boarded new hires and interns, planned all team and client events, and was the go-to for any ad hoc challenges the team faced.
