I am employed by the LHR Hospitality Management group, to facilitate Group Sales for the three properties in Dickinson, ND. The Astoria is Dickinson's best kept secret, but not for long. The Best Western and Quality Inn have an awesome reputation in the community as established, well maintained and run hotels. The Management Company is an innovative group of people with fresh ideas.

Sales Manager that handles Church Groups, Family Reunions. Corporate groups and Corporate Discount Programs.

Assisted High End Travel Agencies with groups coming to Wynn Las Vegas and handled Consortia and Retail Accounts.

Manage incoming calls, daily reports for upper management and supervise on average 30-45 agents.

I did a wide range of jobs for Mirage. First hired to assist with the opening of Treasure Island. Once the Treasure Island was open, I moved to the Room Reservations department where I took reservations from incoming calls. I assisted with small groups and Vip reservations that came in from Casino Marketing. I then moved to the Seigfried and Roy Vip box office where I checked in VIP guests for the show. I moved back to Room Reservations on the Wholesale desk inputting and assisting reservations for our Wholesale segment of the hotel. I was sent to The Beau Rivage in Mississippi to train new employees in the Room Reservations department and returned as an agent at the Mirage.
