I am a successful, creative, hard-working, respected communications professional with a ‘can-do’ approach. Over twenty-years working in NHS communications has given me significant experience in a variety of roles. Guided by organisational strategy, ambitions and values, I have dealt with large-scale programmes of work, led the delivery of community and staff-based events, and have managed the communications response to crises. As the Communications lead in a regional blue-light NHS organisation, I have taken opportunities to test and develop my skills, to expand my professional network, and to develop meaningful relationships with people in and outside of my organisation. I lead and support a skilled, productive and efficient team of communication professionals, ensuring we make a difference for our colleagues and our patients.
